Pembroke Springs Policies

• Children are welcome!
• Children who require diapers are not permitted in the baths.
• Pets are not permitted inside the Retreat. However, we have our own kennel next to the Retreat where guests may keep their dogs.
• No smoking is permitted inside the Retreat.
• Check-in is at 3:00pm
• Check-out is at 11:00am
• Day Trippers are welcome to visit between the hours of 1:00pm and 4:00pm, and must also make reservations.
• Due to our size, last minute cancellations impact us signficantly. Your deposit minus a $10 administration fee will be refunded if you cancel at 7 days or more.  Deposits for reservations cancelled within 7 days are non-refundable.

Please try to inform us of your estimated time of arrival so that we can be on hand to greet you, and do let us know of any special requests.
