Dinner is available at Pembroke Springs Retreat about half of the time. If you are someone who would rather not go out, please consider booking dinner dates.
Chef Hassell has planned on the following menus, more information will be added as we decide. As always, she is happy to alter the menus based on restrictions or allergies that are provided with advance notice. Please note that we plan these menus far out – they are subject to change based on availability. The purpose of this page is to provide an idea of the style of what we offer.
